These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the manner in which individuals access and use the official website, volunteer programmes, events, communication channels and associated digital platforms (collectively, the "Services") operated by Youthika Connect ("Youthika", "we", "our" or "us").
Youthika Connect currently functions as a student-led social initiative and is in the process of organizational development. These Terms apply irrespective of its current registration status and shall remain effective until amended or replaced.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services.
The Services are intended for individuals capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

Youthika Connect presently accepts offline financial contributions only from organizations, educational institutions, companies, conferences, partnerships, individuals and other recognized entities.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Should online donation facilities become available in the future, additional terms may apply.
Users may voluntarily submit photographs, testimonials, feedback, messages or other materials through the Services.
By submitting such content, users grant Youthika Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and archive such content solely for legitimate organizational, educational, promotional or historical purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Users represent that they possess the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Youthika Connect reserves the right to remove or refuse any user-submitted content at its reasonable discretion.
