Beyond leadership, Palak finds joy in painting, poetry, and photography, seeing art in the smallest of things. Whether it is speaking to a crowd or working behind the scenes, Palak makes sure every voice is heard. She strongly lives by Maya Angelou's words: 'Your legacy is every life you've touched,' because true impact is about the lives we change throughout the journey of life."

"Haritha Druthi, CRO of Youthika, is dedicated to enriching the lives of senior citizens through thoughtful initiatives. Blending her passion for community service with her love for music and literature, she uses both as tools for healing and connection. An avid traveler, Haritha draws inspiration from diverse cultures, bringing fresh ideas into her work. Known for her strong communication and leadership skills, she ensures people feel heard, seen, and valued. Guided by Maya Angelou's words, 'Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud,' she champions kindness and creativity to transform lives."

"The Creative Head of Youthika, Srinidhi Ganti, is enthusiastic about improving the lives of the elderly through innovative and compassionate projects. With a strong passion for extracurricular activities, art provides a means of self-expression and tranquility, while travel stimulates new ideas and inventiveness. She works to make every moment meaningful for the elderly because she believes that art has the ability to create happiness, purpose, and connection. "Dheeraj is an 12th-grade MPC student at Resonance with a passion for web development, server management, and photography. With experience in over 70 projects and managing 20+ domains, he brings technical expertise and innovation to Youthika. Beyond coding, he has contributed to photojournalism at a few events and continues to expand his creative skills."

"Akshitha is a dedicated event organizer, known for her seamless planning and execution of events. With strong coordination skills and a passion for social impact, she creates meaningful experiences that support the organization's mission and goals."

"As a student, Saanvi Sangam has been involved in various leadership initiatives in her school, home, and city. Other than her interest in speech and debate, she aspires to be a writer and a music artist, bringing tears and laughter to others and being a real-time problem solver in this new world of contemporaneity. She believes in these wise words, once said by Pericles, to be what keeps her moving: 'What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.'"

My main job is to make sure that everything needed for our events, campaigns, and daily operations runs like clockwork — from supplies to schedules to people. "Creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. I'm a deep lover of art, craft, and designing. Whether it's experimenting with colors, crafting something unique, or working on intricate designs, I find joy in creating. I also have a passion for cooking, painting, reading, and writing poetry—it all lets me express myself in different ways. I love fashion and especially from the 2000s. And when I need to unwind, nothing beats a good rom-com marathon or listening to my favorite 2000s playlist (at least twice a day!). I also love dogs. Being in Youthika's design team is truly a dream come true!"
